Home Now is an educational program for first-time homebuyers in which they attend 5 essential workshops towards home ownership and receive a "Certification of Completion". *Budget & Credit Management *Sopping for a Loan *Shopping for a Home & Inspections *The Closing Process *Maintenance & Financial up-keep of your home after purchase Home Now will allow for partners in the real estate industry to advise prospective homebuyers in real estate, financial planning, and mortgage lending to better acquaint them with the different aspects involved in purchasing a home. Through One-on-One counseling sessions for both pre and post purchases, we are able to focus directly on particular challenges and questions of the homebuyer. As a result, the homebuyer will be able to purchase and maintain a home of their own.
